Manuka Haddrell's UMF25+ 250g

Mānuka honey from Haddrell's of Cambridge, harvested and packed in New Zealand. This 250 g jar is graded UMF™ 25+ and carries MGO 1197+ on its label. The highest grade we sell, produced in very small quantities, with an intense taste.

What UMF™ 25+ and MGO 1197+ mean

UMF™ (Unique Mānuka Factor) is the grading system of the UMF Honey Association of New Zealand. Every batch sold under a UMF™ licence is tested by an independent laboratory for the markers of genuine Mānuka honey, including leptosperin, DHA and methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO 1197+ means at least 1197 mg of methylglyoxal per kilo of honey. The higher the UMF™ grade, the higher the MGO.

How to enjoy it

By the spoon, on toast or yoghurt, or stirred into a warm (not hot) drink. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Not suitable for children under 12 months.
