Manuka Haddrell's UMF20+ 500g

Mānuka honey from Haddrell's of Cambridge, harvested and packed in New Zealand. This 500 g jar is graded UMF™ 20+ and carries MGO 826+ on its label. A high grade, produced in small quantities, with an intense taste.

What UMF™ 20+ and MGO 826+ mean

UMF™ (Unique Mānuka Factor) is the grading system of the UMF Honey Association of New Zealand. Every batch sold under a UMF™ licence is tested by an independent laboratory for the markers of genuine Mānuka honey, including leptosperin, DHA and methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO 826+ means at least 826 mg of methylglyoxal per kilo of honey. The higher the UMF™ grade, the higher the MGO.

How to enjoy it

By the spoon, on toast or yoghurt, or stirred into a warm (not hot) drink. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Not suitable for children under 12 months.
