Mānuka honey from Haddrell's of Cambridge, harvested and packed in New Zealand. This 500 g jar is graded UMF™ 16+ and carries MGO 570+ on its label. A mid-to-high grade with a richer, fuller taste.
What UMF™ 16+ and MGO 570+ mean
UMF™ (Unique Mānuka Factor) is the grading system of the UMF Honey Association of New Zealand. Every batch sold under a UMF™ licence is tested by an independent laboratory for the markers of genuine Mānuka honey, including leptosperin, DHA and methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO 570+ means at least 570 mg of methylglyoxal per kilo of honey. The higher the UMF™ grade, the higher the MGO.

How to enjoy it
