Mānuka honey from Haddrell's of Cambridge, harvested and packed in New Zealand. This 250 g jar is graded UMF™ 13+ and carries MGO 404+ on its label. A mid-to-high grade with a richer, fuller taste.
What UMF™ 13+ and MGO 404+ mean
UMF™ (Unique Mānuka Factor) is the grading system of the UMF Honey Association of New Zealand. Every batch sold under a UMF™ licence is tested by an independent laboratory for the markers of genuine Mānuka honey, including leptosperin, DHA and methylglyoxal (MGO). MGO 404+ means at least 404 mg of methylglyoxal per kilo of honey. The higher the UMF™ grade, the higher the MGO.

J'aime beaucoup le goût de caractère de ce miel. Sa texture est parfaite ! Ni trop liquide ni trop épaisse.
