When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation email.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal, and bank transfer.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Worldline. We do not store your credit card details.

We ship throughout Europe. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within the Benelux region and 5-10 business days for other European countries.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use our contact form or send an email to info@manuka.eu.com.

You must return the products within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The cost of return shipping is at your expense unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

All our Manuka honey products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from certified producers in New Zealand, and carry UMF and MGO certifications.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

You have a legal warranty of 2 years for any product defects that existed at the time of delivery.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manuka Europe Distribution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nivelles, Belgium.
