About Our Products
Manuka honey is a unique monofloral honey produced by bees that pollinate the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium), native to New Zealand. It is prized for its distinctive flavour and natural properties, including high levels of methylglyoxal (MGO), which gives it its renowned antibacterial qualities.
UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is an independent quality grading system that measures the key markers in Manuka honey: MGO (methylglyoxal), leptosperin, and DHA. MGO is one of these markers measured in milligrams per kilogram. The higher the UMF or MGO number, the more potent the honey. For example, UMF 10+ corresponds to approximately MGO 263+.
For daily wellness and general use, UMF 5+ to UMF 10+ is a great choice. For targeted health support and stronger potency, consider UMF 15+ to UMF 20+. UMF 25+ is our most premium grade for those seeking the highest concentration of beneficial compounds.
Yes, all our Manuka honey is 100% authentic, sourced directly from New Zealand. Every batch is independently tested and certified by the UMF Honey Association. Our honey is produced by Haddrell's of Cambridge, a trusted New Zealand apiary.

Store your Manuka honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Properly stored Manuka honey has an indefinite shelf life — honey never spoils.

Standard shipping costs €5.95 across Europe. Orders over €75 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Orders & Returns
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
